ChaiNovi Sanayi Ticaret Ltd. Şti. is a manufacturing company that produces handmade natural soap using the cold-process method in the Çayeli district of Rize. We work plant-based raw materials under the supervision of a Senior Chemist (Yüksek Kimyager) and in GMP conditions; our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015, and our cosmetic good manufacturing practices to ISO 22716. We bring our products to consumers under the Chailea brand.
Our Story
Our company was founded in September 2020 in the Çayeli district of Rize. In our commercial history we operated under the name Çaykim Kozmetik San. Tic. Ltd. Şti.; today the same legal entity continues its production under the name ChaiNovi Sanayi Ticaret Ltd. Şti.
ChaiNovi was founded under the KOSGEB Advanced Entrepreneur Support Programme by Oğuz Kağan Dereci, Senior Chemist and Assembly Member of the Çayeli Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Since our founding, our focus has not changed: to produce solid and liquid natural soaps that are patiently matured by processing plant-based oils with the cold-process method. Every batch is prepared in faithful adherence to its recipe and cured for approximately 45 days.

To be a manufacturing company that, across Turkey, comes to mind for its quality and consistency whenever natural soap is mentioned; one that can transparently explain its production method and can be trusted to keep its word.
Our Values
- Systematic quality. Our quality is not a personal promise but a documented process: an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, ISO 22716 cosmetic good manufacturing practices, and GMP production discipline.
- Expert supervision. Every recipe and every batch passes through the supervision of our founder, Senior Chemist Oğuz Kağan Dereci.
- Patient craft. Cold process and approximately 45 days of curing per batch; our priority is maturation, not haste.
- Transparency. Our legal identity, our communication channels, and our production method are open; this website is the single authoritative source for our official channels.
- Local roots. Our production is carried out in Çayeli/Rize; through our membership in the Çayeli Chamber of Commerce and Industry and our KOSGEB-supported founding, we are connected to local industry.
Our Approach to Sustainability
Our approach to sustainability arises not from claims, but from the production method itself:
- Plant-based raw materials. We produce our soaps from plant-based oils and plant-based raw materials.
- Cold process. This is a method that achieves saponification at low temperature, without applying high external heat; it preserves the natural quality of the raw material.
- Controlled, small-batch production. Each batch is prepared in measured quantities and by hand; this prioritises consistency and the controlled use of resources.
- Local production. All production is carried out at our facility in Çayeli/Rize.
Natural soap is a biodegradable product obtained through the saponification of plant-based oils. We prepare our recipes with regard for this natural structure.
